Please review our policies and procedures below for smooth, safe, and continued group fitness class experiences. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

 

Bpassionate Studio has contactless class registration. We are using Vagaro, an online scheduling and membership system, for participants to register for classes. Click Here register for classes, purchase a pre-paid class punchcard, or sign up for a membership -> Vagaro.com/BpassionateStudio

 

What to Expect?

• You must register for classes at least an hour prior to the start of class using Vagaro and, in the case of 5:30am classes, you must register by 8pm the night before. Unregistered persons will not be allowed in the studio. Sorry, no exceptions. If less than 2 people are registered 45 minutes prior to class, or, in the case of 5:30am classes, by 8pm the night before, class will be canceled and you will be notified via text or email based on your Vagaro notifications that you set up.

• No refunds will be provided for no shows for all Bpassionate Studio classes or events. In addition to the no show, a $12 charge will be charged to your account. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must cancel on Vagaro at least an hour before class otherwise you will be charged a no show fee of $12-including members. A one time courtesy wave will be provided to your first no show.
