ZUMBA® FITNESS is a dance-fitness class based on international rhythms. A fun, easy, and effective workout, furthermore IT'S A PARTY! Suitable for all age groups and fitness levels. Clean, dry sneakers are required. This class is 55 minutes.

Balance & Strength

BALANCE & STRENGTH covers a variety of exercises designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, and a better balance utilizing body weight and an exercise ball. A better balance increases flexibility, joint stability, coordination, and agility - burning fat. Modifications are given for all fitness levels. This class can be done barefoot. A mat and stability ball are required. This class is 45 minutes.

bootcamp

BOOTCAMP is a full body workout using a variety of easy to follow cardio and strength training moves. You will utilize your body weight, resistance tubing, and/or weights to maximize your workout. Modifications are given for all fitness levels. Items from your Workout Kit will be utilized along with a mat and clean, dry sneakers. This class is 30 or 45 minutes as noted on schedule.

Cardio fusion

CARDIO FUSION is a low impact cardio workout that utilizes light hand weights, body weight, and the beat of the music to get the heart rate pumping while toning muscles. Clean, dry sneakers, light hand weights (optional) and a mat are required. This class is 30 minutes.

POWER 30 packs a punch! With 30 minutes of 30 second interval HIIT, this class is sure to get your heart pumping. Clean, dry sneakers and items from your Workout Kit required. This class is 30 minutes.

STRENGTH :30 is exactly that. Get a full body strength workout in 30 minutes! Modifications are given for all fitness levels. Clean, dry sneakers, 2 sets of hand weights, and a mat are required. This class is 30 minutes.

UPPER BODY BLAST features a wide variety of exercises to tone and sculpt each muscle group in the upper body. You will utilize your body weight, mat, and clean/dry sneakers along with items from your Workout Kit.  Modifications are given for all fitness levels. This class is 30 minutes.

Agility

AGILITY is a quick, cardio blast workout that not only gets your heart pumpin', but your feet movin' too. This "Start, Stop and Change Direction" class will work on your cognitive skills as well. Modifications are given for all fitness levels. Clean, dry sneakers are required as well as items from your Bpassionate Studio Workout Kit. This class is 30 minutes.

JUST STEP

JUST STEP is exactly that. Get your heart and lungs in shape and tones your tush! The instructor will lead you through a choreographed routine utilizing the step. Step aerobics is a terrific cross-training activity for runners, cyclists, and walkers. Modifications are given for all fitness levels. Clean, dry sneakers are required. This class is 55 minutes.

Body bar strength

BODY BAR STRENGTH utilizes the Body Bar, a versatile weighted exercise bar, in a variety of exercises designed to strength, tone and condition your muscles. Clean, dry sneakers and a mat are required. This class is 45 minutes.

PiYO

PiYo® LIVE is a Pilates and Yoga inspired fitness class that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. But, make no mistake, this ain’t your mama’s yoga. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long, lean, beautiful physique. Please bring a mat. This class is 55 minutes.

TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT

TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT is a fun and efficient way to not only hit the upper body, lower body, and core, but pump in some cardio too! You will utilize your body weight, resistance tubing, balance trainers, and/or weights to maximize your workout. Modifications are given for all fitness levels. Clean, dry sneakers and mat are required. This class is 45 minutes.

DIY Guided Workout 

DIY GUIDED WORKOUT is a way to get your workout in on your start time. Arrive at the studio within the first 30 minutes of the "start time" and choose one of our pre-designed 30-minute workouts to complete. Bpassionate Staff is available to assist as needed. Please bring a mat and clean, dry sneakers. Workout is approximately 30 minutes.
